BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 27. Kazakhstan’s
Otbasy Financial institution, a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding, will start
accepting purposes below the “Umai” housing program, financed
by the Asian Growth Financial institution (ADB), on August 31, 2026, the financial institution’s
press service mentioned.

Based on the knowledge, this system, developed based mostly on
ESG ideas, goals to broaden housing alternatives for girls in
Kazakhstan by providing extra reasonably priced phrases, together with a lowered
down cost. Candidates should buy housing in any metropolis within the
nation no matter their place of registration and will not be
restricted by possession of different actual property.

“We see that this system is absolutely working. Throughout the first

into their very own properties due to this system,” Otbasy Financial institution Chairwoman
Lazzat Ibragimova mentioned.

The ADB offers funding for lending below the “Umai”
program.

Financial institution.

Otbasy Financial institution and the ADB first launched the “Umai” program in
