“Тhe route, with a complete size of about 6,000 kilometers,
contains sea and rail sections: from the port of Kobe, the
containers journey by sea for about 1,620 kilometers to Lianyungang,
China, the place, following customs clearance, the cargo is transferred
to rail and travels one other roughly 4,400 kilometers to
Almaty,” KTZ stated in a press release.

Furthermore, it’s famous that on the China-Kazakhstan border, the
containers are transferred to rolling inventory suitable with
Kazakhstan’s rail gauge via the Altynkol border crossing, after
which transportation continues to the ultimate vacation spot.

The corporate stated that Lianyungang is among the key hyperlinks in KTZ
Categorical’s transport infrastructure in East Asia. The port is dwelling

Lianyungang, a joint terminal mission between Kazakhstan and China
launched in 2014 as a part of the Belt and Highway Initiative.

“By way of this hub, Kazakhstan’s cargo flows acquire entry to
worldwide maritime routes connecting Kazakhstan, China and East

KTZ Categorical famous that the potential of such connectivity may be
used not just for cargo originating in China, but in addition to attach
