MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued two Royal Decrees as follows:

Royal Decree No 84/2026 on appointment of non-resident ambassador to the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1 Says that, Sayyid Yarub bin Qahtan bin Nasser al Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Islamic Republic of Iran, is hereby appointed as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Tajikistan.

Article 2 stipulates that this Royal Decree needs to be revealed within the Official Gazette and takes impact from the date of difficulty.

Royal Decree No 85/2026 on the ratification of a global settlement.

Article 1 ratifies an settlement for worldwide cooperation between the Ministry of Schooling of the Sultanate of Oman and the European Group for Nuclear Analysis (CERN) regarding scientific and technical cooperation within the subject of excessive power physics, signed in Geneva on Might 19, 2026.

Article 2 says that this Royal Decree needs to be revealed within the Official Gazette and takes impact from the date of difficulty. — ONA
