Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No. (86/2026) on the ratification of the Constitution establishing the Digital Cooperation Group.
Article (1) ratifies the Constitution establishing the Digital Cooperation Group, signed within the Metropolis of Riyadh on 5 February 2023, in accordance with the model hooked up to this decree.
Article (2) instructs the departments involved to deposit the Doc of ratifying the aforementioned Constitution in accordance with its provisions.
Article (3) says that this decree shall be printed within the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of subject.
