FRANKFURT, Germany — Two Filipinos have been killed on Sunday when a vacationer bus carrying them to the Oktoberfest beer pageant in southern Germany overturned on a motorway, police stated. The accident, which occurred round 0400 GMT, left eight others severely injured.
