BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 9. The quantity of
transactions made utilizing cost playing cards issued by Kazakh banks
reached 20.2 trillion tenge (about $45.7 billion) in August 2026,
whereas the variety of transactions amounted to 1.3 billion, in accordance
to the Nationwide Financial institution of Kazakhstan.

With annual inflation at 9.8% in August 2026, the broadly
unchanged nominal common withdrawal corresponds to an estimated
decline of about 9% in actual phrases.

The conversions have been made on the charge of $1 = 441.88 tenge.
