With the approval of the Cupboard of Ministers, the Private Knowledge Safety Act (PDPA ) Modification Invoice was handed on the Second Studying debate on 03rd June 2025.
Upon the request of the Ministry of Digital Economic system, the Authorized Draftsman’s Division, in session with the Lawyer Common’s Division, has recognized some minor amendments to be proposed at Committee Stage.
Accordingly, the Committee Stage amendments authorised by the Cupboard might be adopted by Parliament on twenty first October 2025 at Committee Stage with none debate, and thereafter the Third Studying of the Invoice might be handed by Parliament with the amendments on that day.
