Meta Platforms, Inc’s Fb Abroad will maintain 30 per cent curiosity within the AI enterprise floated by billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries, in accordance with a regulatory submitting.

Reliance will maintain 70 per cent in Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Ltd, the corporate mentioned within the submitting.

Reliance Intelligence, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd, and Fb will collectively make investments an preliminary ₹855 crore within the enterprise.

Within the submitting, the corporate mentioned Reliance Intelligence Ltd on October 24, 2025, integrated Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Ltd.

“REIL, integrated in India as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Intelligence, will change into the three way partnership firm as per the amended and restated three way partnership settlement with Fb Abroad, Inc. (Fb), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc,” it mentioned.

REIL will develop, market and distribute enterprise AI providers.

“In accordance with the JV Settlement, Reliance Intelligence will maintain 70 per cent and Fb will maintain the steadiness 30 per cent in REIL,” it mentioned.

“Reliance Intelligence and Fb have collectively dedicated an preliminary funding of ₹855 crore.”

No governmental or regulatory approvals have been required for the incorporation of REIL.
