ECONOMYNEXT – Ceylon Tea Brokers has bought its totally owned subsidiary Logicare (Pvt) Ltd to D P Logistics (Personal) Restricted for 635.3 million rupees.
D P Logistics is a member of the David Pieris Group of Corporations.
The share buy and sale settlement was signed on October 30, for the disposal of hundred p.c of the issued shares of Logicare, “based mostly on an Enterprise worth of LKR 1.3 Billion,” in accordance with a inventory alternate disclosure. (Colombo/Oct31/2025)
