ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) has raised an alarm over a surge in crimes towards journalists, highlighting a big enhance in violations reported through the previous 12 months.

Marking the Worldwide Day to Finish Impunity for Crimes In opposition to Journalists on Sunday, the journalists’ physique mentioned that violations of media professionals’ rights elevated by 60% over the previous 12 months, with 142 circumstances reported throughout the nation.
