SINGAPORE: After backlash on-line, actress Charmaine Kumar has issued an apology, explaining that she had by no means meant to disrespect Filipino home helpers.

Final month, Ms Kumar posted a video on TikTok whereby, whereas she was making ready for a job as a Filipino home helper in a play known as “Radin Mas, Who?”, she visited Fortunate Plaza.

On Dec 18, the actress posted the next assertion:
