On Thursday, attorneys for xAI countersued St Clair in federal courtroom within the Northern District of Texas, alleging she violated the phrases of her xAI consumer settlement that requires lawsuits in opposition to the corporate be filed in federal courtroom in Texas. Carrie Goldberg, a lawyer for St Clair, known as the countersuit a “jolting” transfer that she had by no means seen by a defendant earlier than.
