Manama, Feb. 28 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned and denounced the treacherous Iranian missile assaults focusing on the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in flagrant violation of their sovereignty, safety and stability.
These assaults constituted a severe risk to the security and lives of civilians and residents and demonstrated blatant disregard for worldwide legislation, established norms and the rules of fine neighbourliness.
The Ministry of Overseas Affairs recommended the effectiveness of the air defence programs of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the opposite brotherly Arab states, which intercepted and downed various missiles, whereas others struck sure websites and amenities.
The Ministry affirmed that the armed forces in these states stay absolutely ready to discourage any assaults that threaten the safety and security of brotherly Arab states and violate their sovereignty and independence.
