More than 300 students completed specialized training under NAVTTC

Greater than 300 college students accomplished specialised coaching underneath the Prime Minister’s Abroad Employment Programme of the Nationwide Vocational & Technical Coaching Fee (NAVTTC), with a visa issuance ceremony held in Islamabad on Monday.
 
Addressing the ceremony because the chief visitor, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, known as on abroad employment promoters to actively assist the programme and work intently with the federal government to increase abroad job alternatives for Pakistani youth.
 
Calling the trainees ambassadors of the nation, he stated their efficiency overseas would enhance confidence amongst Pakistani manpower and play a key function in selling Pakistan’s optimistic picture globally.
 
“With self-discipline, talent, and professionalism, you’ll not solely safe your personal future but additionally brighten Pakistan’s title,” he stated.
 
Addressing the gathering, Government Director of NAVTTC, Aamir Jan, stated the programme aimed toward securing job placement of Pakistani youth within the worldwide market with good-looking wages via a specialised overseas-focused coaching initiative.
 
That is the second batch being despatched overseas, comprising greater than 300 expert people, whereas future programmes could be much more refined and aligned with market demand, he added.
 
He additionally highlighted the challenges confronted by Pakistani labour overseas, noting that abroad staff proceed to function a spine of the nationwide financial system via remittances.
 
In her handle, Chairperson of NAVTTC, Gulmina Bilal, stated NAVTTC had undergone a elementary transformation in recent times.

She knowledgeable that the Prime Minister had set a goal of sending 10,000 Pakistani youth overseas for employment, noting that NAVTTC had already initiated coaching for five,000 candidates underneath the programme.
 
Acknowledging preliminary gaps as a result of novelty of the initiative, she stated common monitoring and third-party evaluations had been carried out to keep up coaching high quality.
 
Policymakers, coaching officers, and graduating college students additionally attended the ceremony.
