Deputy Inspector Normal of Police in cost of Visitors Management and Street Security, W.P.J. Senadheera, says that no alternative will be given to anybody who makes an attempt to acquire gas by bypassing the queue.

Talking to the media, he said that when some drivers try to acquire gas from exterior the queue, it may lead to tense conditions.

Due to this fact, gas station house owners and the police have been knowledgeable not to present gas to anybody who comes from exterior the queue, he mentioned.

He additional famous that pedestrians have been going through appreciable inconvenience as some motorcyclists are occupying pavements, and that police officers have been deployed to guarantee public security.

Deputy Inspector Normal W.P.J. Senadheera additionally urged all drivers to act with endurance.
