Homeowners of automobiles can be allowed to buy gasoline underneath an odd–even quantity plate system from tomorrow (March 19), says Managing Director of the Ceylon Petroleum Company (CPC), Dr. Mayura Neththikumarage.
Accordingly, automobiles with quantity plates ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, and eight will obtain gasoline on even-numbered days whereas automobiles with quantity plates ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 will obtain gasoline on odd-numbered days.
Within the backdrop of the continued Center East battle, measures are being taken to preserve gasoline shares within the nation. As part of this, the federal government reintroduced the QR code system for acquiring gasoline ranging from March 16.

In the meantime, a brand new WhatsApp quantity has been launched for people experiencing points acquiring the QR code required for gasoline allocations.
