UoL achieves major milestone in QS Subject Rankings 2026

The College of Lahore (UOL) has achieved a milestone within the QS World College Rankings by Topic 2026, with 18 topics acknowledged among the many world’s greatest. 

Based on QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), which evaluates over 18,300 topics throughout 1,700+ universities globally, UOL confirmed sturdy upward momentum. Seven topics improved their rankings, 4 appeared for the primary time, and the college excelled in key areas, together with Engineering and Know-how, Pure Sciences, Social Sciences, and Administration. 

The college demonstrated specific energy in Pharmacy, Pc Science and Data Programs, Chemistry, Arithmetic, Medication, Engineering, and Enterprise research, reflecting its rising fame in each lecturers and analysis. QS rankings are decided by educational fame, employer fame, citations per paper, H-index, and worldwide analysis collaboration.

Rector, The College of Lahore, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashraf, praised the dedication of UOL school, employees, and college students, whose efforts made this achievement potential. He highlighted the college’s dedication to even higher targets, saying the purpose is to climb larger in international rankings and additional strengthen Pakistan’s place on the planet of upper schooling.

With 157 topics from 35 Pakistani establishments ranked this yr, UOL’s efficiency highlights the nation’s progress in larger schooling whereas reinforcing the college’s dedication to excellence, analysis progress, and worldwide engagement.
