BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 8. The Regulation on the Ministry of Ecology and Pure
Assets has been amended, and the ministry’s authority has been
expanded, Pattern
studies.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the
related decree.
In accordance with the decree, the Ministry of Ecology and Pure
Assets, via its subordinate our bodies, each inside and out of doors
its construction, will be capable of present an opinion on the expediency
of changing these lands with much less appropriate or unsuitable land for
agriculture, on the feasibility of changing them with land plots
for the extraction of minerals, on the compliance of confirmed
reserves of minerals and their improvement with the laws on
subsoil, in addition to on the compliance of fixing the class of
lands with the laws on environmental safety, in circumstances
offered for in Half 1 of Article 57 of the Land Code, in addition to
in circumstances the place it’s essential to contain further land plots in
the agricultural cycle for the development of objects of protection
and safety significance on forest fund lands, and to make sure meals
safety.
Amendments have additionally been made to the “Statute of the State
Ecological Experience Company”.
Thus, when a change within the class of land for the extraction
of minerals is required, the Company will be capable of present an
opinion on the compliance of the authorized reserves of minerals and
their improvement with the laws on subsoil, in addition to the
change within the class of lands with the laws on
environmental safety.
