The renovation work of the Colombo Fort Railway Station, carried out by the Sri Lanka Railways below the Ministry of Transport, Highways and City Improvement, is scheduled to start tomorrow (April 9) at 9:00 a.m. below the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya.
The undertaking will probably be carried out with the help of the Asian Improvement Financial institution (ADB). Below this initiative, the railway station will probably be upgraded into a contemporary facility geared up with improved passenger facilities.
