MUSCAT : The Educational Council on the College of Know-how and Utilized Sciences (UTAS) held its fifth assembly for the 2025/2026 educational 12 months immediately, chaired by His Excellency Dr. Mentioned Hamad Al Rubaii, Vice Chancellor of the College and Chairman of the Educational Council, within the presence of council members on the college headquarters in Muscat Governorate.
