Arlington, Texas – A resilient Japan ⁠got here again from behind twice to carry the Netherlands to a 2-2 attract a World Cup Group ​F thriller in Texas.

After a ‌first half ‌annoyed by Japan’s compact ​defending, the Netherlands broke the impasse within the 51st minute when Ryan ⁠Gravenberch whipped in a high-quality cross for ⁠captain Virgil van Dijk to move into the far ​nook.

Japan fought again ⁠and evened the rating six minutes later, when Keito Nakamura transformed ⁠his fierce ​low shot from exterior the ​space, just for the Netherlands ​to ‌go forward once more within the sixty fourth minute when Crysencio Summerville’s sensible strike went in off the ‌far publish.

However Japan battled again and located the equalizer two minutes from time when substitute Koki Ogawa’s excellent header ​from ​a nook went in off ​Daichi Kamada.

The Netherlands subsequent faces Sweden in ​Houston ,and Japan will meet Tunisia in Monterrey, each on June 20.
