Azerbaijan to the UN Workplace and different Worldwide Organizations
in Geneva, voiced through the Interactive Dialogue on the Excessive

It’s nice fortune that the South Caucasus has received now a

has opened and provided new financial, commerce and transit views
not solely to the international locations in shut proximity, but additionally far past
the area.

One of many predominant priorities of the Authorities is reconstruction
and rehabilitation actions alongside the return of quite a few IDPs
to their houses. The precise to return and the best to respectable life
are important human rights. An impediment to realization of those
rights, in addition to to the identification of hundreds of lacking
individuals, is the abundance of landmines and explosive ordnance
throughout huge areas. We name on the worldwide neighborhood to not
stay detached and act in solidarity.

We specific concern relating to persistent human rights challenges
throughout the European Union, together with racism and discrimination
affecting ethnic and non secular minorities, the expansion of
Islamophobia, and growing social intolerance. We stay
involved by reviews of unequal remedy of migrants and asylum

questions relating to dignity, safety, and equal entry to
rights. Human rights ought to be promoted constantly and with out
selectivity, and significant worldwide cooperation should be based mostly
on mutual respect, objectivity, and equal requirements.

We thank the Unbiased Knowledgeable for her complete report and

measures that assist reconciliation and social cohesion.

As mirrored within the report, the Authorities of Azerbaijan
attaches specific significance to restoring cultural and non secular

We additionally underscore the significance of the best to fact as an
important component of therapeutic and reconciliation. Efforts to
establish lacking individuals and guarantee accountability stay vital
for affected households and for constructing confidence in a peaceable
