New Delhi: Syngene Worldwide Ltd on Friday stated that its Managing Director & Chief Government Officer, Peter Bains, has resigned as a part of management succession.
Bains has resigned from the place of MD & CEO with impact from the shut of enterprise hours on June 30, Syngene Worldwide stated in a regulatory submitting.
In his resignation letter to the chairman of the corporate’s board, Bains stated he’s resigning from his place following “our current discussions relating to management succession and CEO transition”.
Syngene Worldwide is a contract analysis, growth and manufacturing organisation and is a part of the Biocon group.
