SINGAPORE: After Appearing Tradition, Group and Youth Minister David Neo mentioned in Parliament that ministers haven’t any time to look at films, it raised numerous eyebrows amongst Singaporeans. And when Mr Neo lastly watched the Teochew movie Expensive You, it made the information.
