DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite – Former Dasmariñas Metropolis Vice Mayor Rex Mangubat has responded to criticisms questioning his determination to hunt a congressional seat within the upcoming particular election, saying that his gratitude to the late Congressman Elpidio “Pidi” Barzaga Jr. stays honest and can by no means be forgotten.
