Institution of T.N. Pupil Hostels and Infrastructure Company
A sum of ₹10 crore has been allotted as corpus to determine the Tamil Nadu Pupil Hostels and Infrastructure Company (TNSHIC), a Particular Objective Car (SPV), to enhance pupil hostel services throughout the State below TN-SUDAR scheme, introduced the State Finance Minister N. Marie Wilson. It goals to determine 200 built-in pupil hostels with one lakh trendy lodging services at an estimated value of ₹3,200 crore.
The mission can be carried out below the Public-Non-public Partnership (PPP) mannequin by way of the Design, Construct, Finance, Function and Switch (DBFOT) framework. The State authorities will present a 20% building grant, amounting to ₹640 crore — N. Sai Charan
