“The accused obstetrician and gynaecologist has been transferred to Mal CHC, whereas an OT attendant has been dismissed,” Pathak stated in an announcement.

In line with the allegations, Lalla, a Bhawanipur resident, introduced his pregnant spouse Dharmi to the hospital on Wednesday. After the physician suggested a surgical supply and the girl was taken to the OT, the household was allegedly requested to pay ₹6,000. Once they expressed incapability to pay, they have been allegedly informed the operation can be postponed and suggested to take her elsewhere.

“Strict motion can be taken in opposition to those that harass sufferers and their attendants,” Pathak stated.
