In a significant outreach to draw world capital and increase industrial growth as envisioned by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Punjab Industries and Commerce Minister Mr Aman Arora on Monday met H.E. Abdulla Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Secretary Normal of the UAE Worldwide Funding Council (UAEIIC), on the sidelines of the Annual Funding Assembly (AIM) in Dubai to debate expansive alternatives for mobilising investments into the state.

Through the the assembly, the Industries Minister mentioned with H.E. Abdulla Ahmed Al Suwaidi about Punjab’s huge financial potential and invited UAE traders to faucet into high-growth sectors by authorities, semi-government and personal sector partnerships.

Reiterating the state authorities’s resolve, Mr Aman Arora assured the UAEIIC of full administrative assist, handholding and logistical facilitation from the Punjab Authorities for world enterprises searching for to arrange or broaden operations within the state. He emphasised that beneath the visionary management of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Punjab is eager to construct long-term, mutually useful partnerships with UAE-based traders and institutional funds.

Highlighting the state’s investor-centric reforms, the Minister underscored the benefit of doing enterprise facilitated by ‘Make investments Punjab’-the state’s unified single-window platform that delivers immediate statutory approvals and clearances to make sure a clean, hassle-free funding journey.

“Punjab affords a extremely conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem, wonderful multimodal connectivity, expert technical manpower, and a clear governance framework. The UAE Worldwide Funding Council (UAEIIC), which unites the UAE’s private and non-private entities to channel outward overseas direct funding (FDI), welcomed the state delegation’s proactive outreach. The engagement centered on establishing sturdy institutional linkages to allow direct capital inflows and joint ventures between the UAE and Punjab.

Expressing confidence within the discussions, Mr Aman Arora famous that this engagement marks a big milestone that may pave the best way for deeper bilateral financial cooperation, stronger enterprise ties and substantial funding pipelines in Punjab.
