The Client Affairs Authority (CAA) has instituted authorized proceedings towards SPAR SL (PRIVATE) LIMITED for promoting an expired packet of tea to a client. After the defendant firm pleaded responsible, the Colombo No. 05 Justice of the Peace’s Court docket imposed a high-quality of Rs. 200,000.
