HONG KONG, Sept. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Technological and Larger Training Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) has been invited by the HKSAR Authorities to create a staff badge symbolising the importance of the “Hong Kong’s First 5-12 months Plan.” For the second consecutive 12 months, THEi has designed the ties and scarves assortment for the Chief Govt, Mr John LEE Ka-chiu, and his staff to put on in the course of the supply of the “2026 Coverage Deal with.”

A staff of academics and college students from the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Style Design programme at THEi has created a staff badge for the “Hong Kong’s First 5-12 months Plan,” that includes a blue theme built-in with the Chinese language characters “一” (One) and “五” (5). Two overlapping squares symbolise Hong Kong’s capability to carry collectively various expertise and sources to deepen high-quality improvement—leveraging its distinctive benefits of robust help from the Motherland and shut international connectivity—shining brightly on the worldwide stage because it enters a brand new five-year chapter of prosperity.

To mark the simultaneous publication of the “2026 Coverage Deal with,” THEi has prolonged the design essence of the staff badge to craft the gathering of ties and scarves, named “Convergence Radiance” (萬薈凝光) and “Voyage of Abilities” (啟航薈萃) respectively.
