BACOLOD CITY — Town authorities of Victorias in Negros Occidental has distributed PSR 03-171, a high-yielding and pest-tolerant sugarcane selection, to 50 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in Barangay V to assist farmers deal with the damaging Purple-Striped Tender Scale Insect (RSSI). The high-quality cane factors have been turned over to the farmers on Thursday, Sept. 17, for area cultivation.
