⚡ Liban : le courant d’État s’effondre, les générateurs flambent

⚡ En février, l’État fournissait 7 à 9 heures de courant par jour. En juillet, environ 4 heures. En août, parfois 2 heures à Tripoli. Pendant ce temps, le tarif des générateurs privés a bondi d’environ 60 %.

🛢️ Le diesel a frôlé 1 500 $ la tonne, contre 680 $ prévus au finances.
💡 Un tarif variable proposé, puis refusé en Conseil des ministres.
💸 350 M$ dus à EDL, et 40 % de l’électricité perdue dans le réseau.
☀️ Un appel pour jusqu’à 350 MW de solaire avec batteries.
