Spain’s King Felipe and Queen Letizia are visiting the Spanish territory of Ceuta for the primary time of their 12 yr reign, amid an ongoing migration disaster there. At the least 10,000 migrants stay within the exclave after round 72,000 crossed from Morocco in July.
