Preparations have been made to carry the inaugural ceremony of the nationwide programme ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’, which has been launched to successfully steer the nation’s rebuilding course of, at the moment (Jan. 13) on the Lotus Corridor of the Bandaranaike Memorial Worldwide Convention Corridor (BMICH) in Colombo, underneath the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

  2. Public Infrastructure Restoration Committee – to coordinate sources, guarantee requirements and oversee the rehabilitation and reconstruction of affected infrastructure, together with transport, electrical energy, water provide, irrigation, well being, training and telecommunications.
  3. Housing Restoration Committee for Affected Communities – to restore broken homes or assemble new homes for affected communities in accordance with the restoration plan.
