The Nationwide Transport Medical Institute (NTMI) has launched a programme utilizing cellular laboratories to establish three-wheeler and heavy car drivers working below the affect of medicine.
NTMI Chairman Professor U.C.P. Perera stated the initiative is anticipated to be totally applied within the coming months.
