The Committee on Public Finance has granted approval for the wage proposal regarding the officers and employees of the Fee to Examine Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

This approval was granted when the committee met in Parliament on the tenth underneath the chairmanship of Member of Parliament Dr Harsha de Silva.

Talking on the assembly, the Director Normal of the Fee to Examine Allegations of Bribery or Corruption, Mr Ranga Dissanayake, said that underneath the Anti-Corruption Act handed in 2023, the Fee now operates as a brand new establishment.
