America walked out of a UN Safety Council assembly on Monday throughout France’s remarks on Ukraine, escalating a public dispute between the longtime allies over human rights. The transfer adopted a conflict over Washington’s vote towards extending the mandate of the UN human rights chief, after France likened the US place to that of Russia, North Korea and different authoritarian states.
