The Bar Affiliation of Sri Lanka (BASL) has urged the Opposition Chief – Sajith Premadasa to postpone in the present day’s dialogue scheduled to temporary Members of Parliament on the proposed twenty second Constitutional Modification.
In a letter, the BASL thanked MP Premadasa for proposing the briefing and stated they hoped ‘there can be a bipartisan consensus thereby creating a chance for Members of Parliament to higher perceive and recognize the considerations of the Bar Affiliation of Sri Lanka on this “Constitutional Modification.”
